great art! What i'd say you do, though, is work on the anatomy of the hind legs a bit. Try to map out their body parts. first is the hip bone, then the knee, up high (where you have the leg bending). then the large forebone (going down along the left side of his thigh) and then the hock (the park that sticks out). The hock is actually, on a human, a heel, and the bone running down to the paw is their foot, basically. To get the proportions right, make the foot a little shorter and give less definition of the hock bone, for really there is no definition. Pull the whole leg in a bit, closer to the body, and it should look plenty better.
